18001 18001 provides a framework for managing Health and Safety Management responsibilities through an Occupational Health and Safety Management System, it enables our company to control our health and safety risks and improve our performance. Lotus is certified to OHSAS since 2006.

14001Lotus is ISO 14001 certified since 2006 and this internationally accepted standard assisted us in putting an effective Environmental Management System in place. The standard addresses the delicate balance between maintaining our profitability and reducing our environmental impact.

17025:200517025:2005 is recognised as the industry's top standard, assuring the quality of Lotus Technical Services laboratory calibration services, processes, technicians, and data accuracy. As part of the ISO/IEC 17025:2005 certification, Lotus Technical Services laboratory will undergo a stringent external audits by the Irish National Accreditation Board (INAB) to ensure our processes and equipment continue to meet the high quality levels necessary for this accreditation

Lotus Technical Services act and take responsibility for the following commissioning activity

 Manage and execute the Commissioning Process
 Develop DV / OAT / FAT start up and procedures
 Drive the Commissioning Program and Meetings
 Own the Commissioning Documentation
 Drive the Commissioning Schedule
 Prepare a Project Specific Commissioning Plan
 Witness and document select Contractor provided testing
  Review Operations and Maintenance Manuals
  Publish Commissioning Indicators
  Install all commissioning tags
 Ensure compliance with LEED requirements

Our commissioning process is applied not only to new projects but also to existing units and systems which are being expanded, renovated or revamped. Our tried and tested process comprises the integrated application of a set of engineering techniques and procedures to check, inspect and test every operational component of the project - from individual functions, such as instruments and equipment, to complex amalgamations such as modules, subsystems and systems.
